OFF-ROAD

Built for the part of the map with no road on it.

Three models, one line of ascent: ZSD1 climbs it, ZSD2 climbs it faster, ZSE2 climbs things you would not call a road.

The three Zwheel off-road scooters lined up on a gravel ridge at blue hour
The line-up

Three tiers.
One mountain.

Every off-road Zwheel is built on the same idea: keep the tire down and the rider in control when the surface stops cooperating. What changes across the line is how much of the mountain you can take on at once.

  • ZSD1 2000W single · 35° · ~80 km
  • ZSD2 2000W × 2 · 35° · 68 km/h
  • ZSE2 6000W peak · 45° · 88 km/h

Pick the tier by the gradient, not the price tag.

The three off-road models are not trim levels of one scooter — they are three answers to three different questions about terrain. Start with the slope you actually ride.

2000W single. Double swing-arm.

The ZSD1 is the model that stops being a commuter the moment the pavement ends. A 52V 25Ah pack pushes a single 2000W motor up a 35° grade, and the double swing-arm front and rear keeps the 11-inch tire planted while it does it.

The parts that decide whether you make it up.

Climbing is not one number. It is suspension travel, tire contact, motor authority and brakes that work when the surface is loose and the rider is already committed.

  • Suspension

    Double swing-arm, front and rear

The arm keeps the tire on the ground when the ground stops being flat — both ends of the ZSD chassis, working together.

  • ZSE2

    Damped arm suspension

The ZSE2 runs a damped arm suspension system, so a 47 kg machine stays composed when the ground drops away.

  • Braking

    Brakes that match the motor

Hydraulic disc brakes on the ZSD2 and ZSE2, disc brakes on the ZSD1 — because 68 km/h on loose stone has to be reversible on demand.

  • Traction

    Big-diameter tires

11-inch road / off-road tires on the ZSD line (tubeless on the ZSD2) and 12-inch tires on the ZSE2 roll over what smaller wheels drop into.

  • Drivetrain

    Two motors, two driven wheels

The ZSD2 and ZSE2 drive both wheels, so pull is shared front and rear instead of resting on one motor.

  • Visibility

    Seen at night

Headlights, turn signals, tail and brake lights on every off-road model. The trail does not stop at dusk.

Headlights on.
Trail's still there.

Headlights, turn signals, tail and brake lights on all three models mean the ride does not have to end when the daylight does.

Off-road scooter questions

How far can it go on a single charge?
Real-world range depends on the model, rider weight, terrain and temperature. Check the spec table above for this model’s rated range; most riders reach the stated distance comfortably in eco mode.
What is the top speed?
The maximum speed for this model is listed in the spec table above. Always ride within the legal e-scooter speed limit for your area.
Can it handle hills?
Yes. Every Zwheel model uses a torquey motor built for inclines. The maximum grade it can climb is shown in the specs; heavier riders or steep gradients will lower speed on the climb.
Is it waterproof?
Zwheel scooters carry an IP water-resistance rating that protects against rain and splashes. Avoid riding through standing water or submerging any part of the scooter.
What warranty is included?
Every order ships with a manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty page for full terms and coverage length.
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship free and typically arrive within a few business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
